That the Court is displeased seeing the damage the accused has done to society in general with his irregular acts. But one has to understand that it was not the accused who killed the animals. He found them dead on the roads and used them for his intentions.

Note how the media from the start had inside information that I Nicholas Grech simply made use of animals found already dead, yet they chose to intentionally spread hate on me falsely labeling me as "Mosta cat killer", etc. They simply further gave a helping hand to the Police in framing me up.
